In June 2024, fourteen members of the MSP Projects team swapped their hard hats for ear defenders and took to the stunning surroundings of Cloudside Shooting Grounds for a team-building day to remember.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for the team to enjoy some time away from the usual hustle of project sites and offices, and the competitive spirit was high from the very first shot. Laughter, camaraderie, and some impressive marksmanship made for a brilliant day all around.
As the scores were tallied, it was none other than our director, Martin, who took home the top prize — much to the amusement of the team, who joked he must have been sneaking in some secret practice beforehand!
The day wasn’t just about hitting clays — it was about connecting as a team, building relationships, and creating memories that will carry through to the workplace. It was a great way to strengthen our already tight-knit crew and remind us all of the importance of teamwork, both on and off the job.
