Our estimator will arrive on time on the agreed date to discuss your project requirements and conduct an initial site survey.
Following the meeting and site survey, we will prepare a detailed quote based on your requirements. Please allow up to two weeks for this process. This will typically be sent to you via email or post, however we are happy to arrange a meeting to present your quotation and explain in more detail each aspect of your project.
We will be in touch to confirm that you’ve received the quotation and to check whether it meets your expectations. If you are happy to proceed, a start date will be agreed, we will issue a contract to be signed, and a deposit taken to secure your project start date.
A few days before the scheduled start date, we will contact you to confirm the timings. Site preparation will be the first step, if required skips, welfare facilities and heras fencing will usually arrive a couple of days prior to the start date.
Our project manager will visit the site regularly to monitor progress and address any questions or concerns. Our site manager will ensure that work aligns with your specifications. Stage payments will be collected according to the terms outlined in the contract.
As the project nears completion, we will carry out any final snagging required. Once all work is finished and you are satisfied with the outcome, we will collect the final payment.
